Who We Are

The full name of our organization is โ€œ๐‡๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐Ž๐ซ๐๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐š ๐…๐š๐ฅ๐œ๐จ๐งรจ๐ฌ ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐โ€. Our shorter name is โ€œ๐’๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐š ๐…๐š๐ฅ๐œ๐จ๐งรจ๐ฌโ€. We go by the initials โ€œ๐“ข๐“•โ€. We are a service organization founded by young professionals who share a common interest in humanitarian service and environmental conservation. A registered juridical entity under the Corporation Code of the Philippines with SEC REG. NO. CN201908069.

Our Origin and History

๐’๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐š ๐…๐š๐ฅ๐œ๐จ๐งรจ๐ฌ: Both Spanish words, "sierra" means โ€œmountainโ€ and โ€œfalconesโ€ means โ€œfalconsโ€. The emblem symbolizes a cast of falcons soaring above the earth looking into the wilderness below and protecting the natural environment and its inhabitants.

Sierra Falconรจs was established in 2011 as a mountaineering club with initial members coming from a BPO company based in Makati City, Philippines, catering Legal Knowledge Process Outsourcing (LKPO).
Its initial purpose was to foster camaraderie among the companyโ€™s employees and organize outdoor recreational activities for them.
As a result of its membersโ€™ interacting with Aetas in the remote highland communities of Central Luzon, the organization adopted humanitarian service and environmental conservation as its two main areas of activity.
Sierra Falconรจs has grown into a network of affiliated company, community, and school-based organizations with members and volunteers widely distributed throughout the Philippines. Together, they help fulfill our vision and mission.
